# Coolant Mounting Location

So, I elected to acquire a machine second-hand, discovering quickly that in addition to benefiting from all of the effort of sourcing and implementing add-on systems, standards and values that guided the implementation are necessarily part of the package. One such instance is the location of the Mist-buster coolant reservoir.

Presently, the reservoir is bolted to a bracket at the side face of the gantry, increasing the total width of the machine. I’m inclined to relocate the reservoir, wonder where y’all have it situated- either on the machine or elsewhere.

Seems like many people have mounted the reservoir on a non-moving part of the machine and run longer tubing. That way you can mount it anywhere; even off the machine on a wall etc.
