# Problem loading job

Today I’m loading a 3D roughing job and I’m not getting any thing listed on the screen except for the job name and tool.

Have you got any ideas of what’s going on here? Thanks

Try removing any special characters out of the filename. Also make sure the file is actually on your computer and not on a thumb/network/cloud drive

Yes that was it!! thank you!! I believe it was the special characters..
