I retired from the electrical engnieering field after 53 years Oct. 2021.
I built my first CNC machine in 2019 and used it for two years. I then bought the AVID Standard CRP4824 in 2021 and have been using it since. I wanted to get the PRO4848 but couldn’t justify the extra cost at the time. The Standard 4824 has been serving me well. I added an OPT Laser PLH3D-6W-XF this past January and have been using it a lot. I just upgraded the PLH3D-6W-XF with the OPT Laser PLH3D-XT-50 Upgrade, but having problems getting it focased.
