I have been unable to operate my Avid Pro 4X4 machine for several weeks. I use Mach 3 which is now obsolete. CORY utilized “Google Meet” to solve my problem. THIS WAS AND IS A BIG DEAL to me I am almost 90 years his understanding and compassion is equaled only by his KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING of both Mach 3 and the Avid Pro machine itself. My complements to Avid for employing CORY!
