I am a bit baffled. Last week I was using the rotary with no issue. Today I power up CNC12, load the same profile, and there is no A axis, the menu is missing under set part zeros, it is like a parameter got set somewhere and now it doesn’t recognize it. I found someone talking about adding the ability to power on/off your rotary using param 131, and if I set Param 131 to 11 and then under Utility->PowerFeed I get a button that I can toggle between 3 and 4 axis mode, and then I can move the axis, home the axis, etc. However it still doesn’t show all of the set part 0 options to restore your calibrations, etc. I have went back into the wizard and the rotary is configured. I didn’t update my profile, so I am at a loss of what happened. Any thoughts on how to restore?
Go into the wizard under accessories and disable the rotary (set it back to 3 axis)
Close down the wizard and cnc12. Open it back up and go into the wizard and turn the rotary back on. Load up cnc12 and you should be all set.
You likely hit the “rotary off” button in cnc12 to cause this.
