Anyone out there re-configure their machine with servos and use Centroid Acorn? I am thinking of doing this to a machine but also have plasma with it. How difficult is this and has anyone done this?
I have done it but I don’t recommend it. The Plasma is messy and depending on the bran of plasma there is a lot of noise to deal with. This one was doe with a plain Acorn Control the new plasma control they have will work better. So it can be done but the results may not be good enough. Here is a picture of the dual machine I built
