Selling my 5’ x 16’ Avid CNC Pro. Located in Seattle area. $15,000 for everything listed below.
The machine can be shortened to any length. The 16’ length was for full sheet + offcut work — you don’t have to want a machine this big for this to be a fit.
The build:
- Avid Pro 5’ x 16’, extended gantry
- 3HP 24,000 RPM air-cooled spindle
- NEMA 34 motors/electronics w/ 4th axis support
- Mach4 with custom screens and workflows, all included and set up
Vacuum hold-down:
- 5 independently controlled zones
- Full suction can go to one zone or spread across the table
- Quiet vacuum pump (conversation-level, not shop-vac scream)
- Runs on single-phase 240V / 50A
Also included at this price:
- dust collection parts with overhead track and detachable shoes
- Mobile control/tooling cabinet with 16’ umbilical
- Digital probe
- Good tooling library for wood, plastic, and aluminum
- Drag knife
Condition: built for production use and it’s been used, but well maintained and cutting accurately. Happy to run it for you — bring a file and we’ll cut a part while you’re here.
Logistics: it’s big and heavy. You’ll need a trailer and a real plan. I can help coordinate rigging/loading.
Why I’m selling: built it for a manufacturing business, priorities changed, and it deserves a shop that will actually run it.
