I have Vectric Aspire 10.5 for sale. 900$. You pay 50$ transfer fee. Then you pay 450$ to upgrade to current version 12. Or not, 10.5 does alot of things vcarve doest just fine. Upgrade later if you want. Its up to you. Get 2000$ software for only 950$/1400$. This process is supported by Vectric. They handle the transfer of license.
