ATC workflow: Using a surfacing bit not allowed in the tool rack?

Is there a video/instructions on how to use a tool that is large for a tool bin.
I did a manual tool change using tool #66

When I run the tool path (with tool #66), it heads to measure the tool when I start the program since it is not measured but it is too large for the tool setter.

Use the manual tool measure in the older UTILs menu to measure that tool off of the spoilboard. That workflow is getting tightened up in the next update
