I have a CNC made from an AvidCNC Benchtop Pro frame with a custom controller built around an Ethernet Smoothstepper, 420oz-in Nema23 steppers on all axes. I used a 48v linear regulated power supply for the spindle and stepper motors for better torque and reliability than the switching supplies used by Avid and others. Also, I a very compact water cooling system for the water-cooled spindle.(2.2KW high torque/longer Stator/rotor.

I am willing to sell the frame alone if you are not comfortable with my controller. Then, you can add an AVIDCNC stock controller if you wanted.
