I’m seeing stuttering on a slow job for my X axis that I just recently upgraded to a nema34 due to the thought of being undersized and my circles not being concentric. I still have circles that show weird stutter cuts (best way for me to describe) but they are not oblong per se.
My resolution on all nema34’s are at 6400. I’m running ess with a c82 bob and the c35 eth to clearpath connection. Mach3 with all supporting plugin and correct versions.
Has anyone else using avid R&P systems with Clearpath servos experience this? I’m leaning towards a tuning issue as I didn’t see anything binding when I took things apart to double check the mechanical structure of the machine.
