Difficulty on First SpoilBopard Surfacing After EX upgrade

I have just finished my EX upgrade and am trying to do the first surfacing of the spoil board.

I am getting the error, that Z axis exceeds travel?

WCS is reading 25.7406 and Machine Coordinates are reading 0.00

The Z axis is all the way up as it was just homed, this is a 12" machine.

I believe there is something in disagreement with the configuration, i used the wizard, but im not sure where the conflict is coming from. I installed the EX post processor and machine files for fusion.

I am a bit at a loss for how to adjust this, using the config wizard. I have built two machines at work, specialty machines using Acorn controls, so im familiar working in their parameter space

Do i change something in the wizard, change something on the avid utility side, or just go headlong into the acorn parameter space?

Did you try measuring the tool you have loaded? I get that error when I first start up before the tool is measured.

You may need to temporarily turn off your spoilboard dig in feature to surface your spoilboard it’s in the wizard.

Spoilboard dig in is turned off

tool is measured and spoilboard height is measured.

when I home the z axis it reads 25.5” on the WCS and 0.00 on the Machine Coordinates.

turns out it was nothing with the setup, when i was doing a manual zero operation it was not zeroing the z axis, rebooted it this morning and made sure i pushed F10 twice when doing the manual setup, and it fixed the problem
