Fault reset not working

I’m going through the process to make the first cut on my 5x10 . In cnc12, there is a reset button that, when clicked, should change fault to no fault, But in my case, it doesn’t do anything.
I have a Mitsubishi d700 VFD and changed the settings as the direction said, and still nothing; any recommendation would be appreciated
I have put in a support ticket

Have you tried cycling the E-Stop button?

There are some fault conditions in CNC12 that have to be cleared via an e-stop. On my machine a spindle fault requires an e-stop to clear it.

Since you are running Avid’s version, it might work differently. But I thought I’d offer it if it helps.
