Getting x,y offset

Having a problem with a x,y offset, And it only happens sometime. I set up a project in V carve pro and everything looks center, offset box is not checked. Take program to my CNC and set x and y to left front corner as my 0 point set my z position and when I start to run my program it will shift like 4 inches . Is there something in the ex-controller software I am missing and only happens sometime, Or is it in the VCarve pro software Help!

Does the same program exhibit the same behavior all the time? (If it fails and you restart it does it fail again?)

What axis is the shift on, X,Y or both?

Is it the same shift every time?

Is the part 0 correct after the shift?

Has it ever failed twice in a row?

Any chance you are swapping work coordinate systems (G54, G55 …) at the start of the program?

I don’t know much about WCS but that sounds like a good place to start looking.

Are you doing anything with laser?
