Hi JN Harry Mac here on your issue with loose collet nut after loading try adding 1 more strike to load count 3 instead of 2 also on loose fitting bits in resting pck add a tight fitting o ring above top of collet to keep from slipping down in PCK while machine is running anther bit. Just some ideas I’ve bin working before I start install my RC ATC purchased about 2 years ago. Still working on retirement House at 74 things don’t go as good as when I was younger.
