Good day. Back again with some plasma problems.
After not running the plasma for a few months I needed to cut some pieces.
I did cut 20 pieces that went smooth but I noticed that it seems the THC is not working. after messing with it and reinstalling again with the latest known working .ini file the THC will keep on crashing. I did a run with no THC …cuts beautifully.
One thing I noticed …the inhibited light for m62/m63 is always on
I am looking where to adjust the voltage threshold for average tip voltage and the actual. Material tip voltage was set at 78…and actual is running at about 105 v.
I am using Mach 2.3.8 and ess v277.1
