Will it be compatible with Mach 4?
Looks cool! Would one be able to use forks instead of pedestals for large tools?
In a word: no. One of the main reasons for switching away from Mach is so we would have a reliable platform to build ATC on.
There are third party ATC software addons for Mach that could be customized to work with this hardware if you wanted.
Yes! It’ll be an option. We aren’t going to sell forks directly though. (At least not at this point)

Yes, but there will be less functionality. Our ATC system take full advantage of the “smart” spindle bu using all of the on board sensors… plus a few more that aren’t on board… more on that soon

Understandable. I also have the S30C, and it’s working well with @corbin ‘s screenset. Maybe someday.
Will you have a cover to keep the tapers clean?
I assume the vertical pockets are to make the dust shoe problem straightforward?
We will have a clever way to keep the tapers clean. More on that soon!
The dust shoe (ours) is no problem with vertical pockets.
