AVID CNC centroid profile manager trouble

Hello,

We are based in France (maybe it will be an impact of our problem). First sorry for our english, but we try to do by ourself and not to use chatGPT ou Google translate.

So, our problem : when we try to add a new profile on AVID CNC centroid profile manager we have a trouble with an error box “the format of the input string is incorrect”

This is the first time that we download and install AVID CNC centroid profile manager, before we used MACH 4.

We try to install on other computer, but same problem.

If somebody have the solution to help us ?

I’ve seen this before, it’s related to language. Have you tried switching your PC to english to try it? See if that fixes it. If it does report back here and we may have a way to get you back to French.
