Does anyone know where I can get a 3d design of an axe handle baseball bat?

You can find a decent amount of files on Thingiverse and Printables. SketchUp’s 3D warehouse also has TONS of models.

You’ll have to get them into VCarve/Aspire if you want to make toolpaths from them.
