I would like to make boat floor using EVA foam like seadeck. I have to make tamplate from the floor and somehow digitise it. is it possible to do the digitising with the cnc?

Iāll write more to you directly, but in short yes you can digitize large items with Paper Tools. The camera goes over the points you choose. You can export to an SVG file which you can use in Vectric, Fusion etc.

Iām hearing a lot of people using Paper Tools for similar things: ālive edgeā tables, modifying camper vans, guitar-making so Iāll continue adding more measurement features to see how far we can take it.

Thereās another guy doing boat building by measurement with Paper Tools. I can ask him to connect with you if you want. Based on the video yes you should be able to use the measured points in Vectric to cut your foam.
