EX Controller No Power to the Meanwell Stepper Motor Power Supplies? This is a brand new unit just plugged in. I was able to jog the gantry for 5 seconds and then nothing worked again? Has anyone seen this before? See Photo Below
Thanks, David

I’ve never seen this before, but I guess my first question would what you see if you hook up a multimeter to the output terminals.
Then i’d check the be if there is mains power in the input of the power supplies. (The L and N screw terminals should have 120V ac in north america.)
Of course if this isn’t something you have done before maybe it is best to not touch anything.
I resolved the issue as it was related to the spindle not being powered up. Since this is a brand new unit I had not had my 220 plug wired yet and wanted to try to home the machine. I reconfigured the system for a manual router for now and then the power came on for the motors. Thanks so much for your response.

Glad you figured that out. For anyone else reading: This happens because we have a safety contactor that will kill all power to the steppers/servos if the VFD is in fault or your press the E Stop.
In this case here the VFD wasn’t powered on so it put the system in fault.
