Never installed, I bought it for my second avid machine but later dedicate that machine for a plotter only so I don’t need a spindle

I thought only the S30C could do 24000 rpm; the regular S30 was limited to 18000…

The pictures you have show an S30 and not an S30C which is the one that has the ceramic bearings and can go to 24,000 RPM the S30 is limited to 18,000. Did you have CNC Depot replace the standard ones with the ceramics?

I can be wrong with the rpm but I remember I requested ceramic bearings
