I’m selling my original Avid CNC non-ATC spindle setup after upgrading my machine to the 8.7 HP EX ATC spindle.

This is the Avid CNC 4HP plug-and-play style spindle package with the Hiteco ER20 air-cooled spindle, matching Avid CNC control/VFD box, spindle cable, control cable, and ER20 collet nut/collet assemblies shown in the photos.

Included:

  • Hiteco ER20 air-cooled spindle
  • Avid CNC control/VFD box with Delta VFD
  • Spindle cable
  • Control cable
  • Four ER20 collet nut/collet assemblies shown in photos (1/8", 1/4", 3/8", & 1/2" collets)

Approximately how many hours does it have on it? Collet nuts look brand new. Definitely interested.

I got it April of 2023, swapped over to the new EX system and ATC spindle in May 2025. I would estimate it has about ~200 hours on it, I’ve started out more hobbyist / intro learning, so I wasn’t doing as much long term production yet.
