Large sheet track saw cutting table (insp. by Vario)

As promised to @Corbin , here are pictures of the track saw cutting table that I now use for large sheets.

Not my idea! Inspired by SauterShop Vario, but while theirs is sized to replace a Festool MFT top, mine is 3 feet by 6 feet to handle the larger plywood pieces.

Really just simple geometry and pegs. It allows you to precisely get any angle cut just using the right peg holes. I use it with the UJK fence system, but you could easily CNC your own out of plywood. I also use a combination of dogs from UJK (Axminster) and Benchdogs.co.uk.

Note that it can also be used for providing a nice fence to position the Festool Domino for in field cuts.

Oh yeah, that is super nice! I would love to do something like that, but my shop is getting pretty crowded.

If you just leave it as a “slab” (not secured to a base), you can just hang it on the wall.

That’s a good idea too!
