Greetings all,
When I pull up the utilities menu and select deploy laser or calibrate laser tool height, it rapids over to the machine home location, deploys the laser head, then starts moving Z all the way down past the spoil board until I hit cycle stop. The last time I used it was working normally. I’m not sure what happened. Any ideas?

Are you on an EX control or Mach?
And if you’re on an EX control what version of the control software are you using?

I’m on EX (I forgot Mach4 ever existed lol) and the latest versions of CNC12 and Avid profile.
Laser is assigned to tool #99 and was selected.
What happens when you got o MDI and type in “T99 M6” and then press cycle start (no quotation marks)
and had this been working previously and it’s not working now?
