My BTB was left un touched for a few months, PC unplugged and such. Plugged it all in ans fired up the PC and launched the profile manager and got this error message.
Try to install the latest version of the Profile Manager:
https://www.avidcnc.com/cdata/software/acpm-1.12.0.0.exe
See if that fixes the issue. If not contact support and they can get you sorted out.

Hi Eric. I finally had a chance to get to the btp and try the new version. First I just installed it over the original, still got the same message. I uninstalled the app and re-installed it and the message went away.
