Slap flattening strategy

Is there a way to use a pocket toolpath but have it only cut in one direction as apposed to zig zag

Probably just use VCarve to make an array of straight lines and have it to an “on line” cut.

Most utilities that generate a flattening toolpath are setup to work like “facing” in that they go both ways

Curious what the application would be?

Well I’m working on a 13 ft long slab in my spindle kept stalling cuz it was so irregular and hard epoxy a lot of different reasons and it seemed to cut just fine in One direction but harder in the other so that was the reason for that question.

I’m guessing you already know this but I’ll say it anyway. It seems like you’re trying to take too much depth per pass? What bit are you using and what are the feeds/speeds?
