Stalling all axis after updating Mach4

I have been using Mach4 Version 2.5.11, with problems around random stops in Gcode.
I saw last week that a fix for this had been released, Version 2.5.16.
I installed the new version hoping it would be better.
After this, the machines have started to stall in all axis, even down in Z axis. This problem has never occurred before and I have not made any changes other than upgrading Mach4.
In this video, from another user, you can see and hear what is happening in Y, but the same thing happens in both X and Z as well.

I have tried deleting and re-installing Mach4 several times after this, even reverting to Version 2.5.11, without the stalling having changed.
This is the setup for today, and the machine is stalling.
How am I supposed to move forward with this?

Yes, I sent an email to support yesterday as well, with the same content.
Still waiting for a response, but maybe there are some tips on the forum too… lots of smart heads here!
