The ESS did not respond to the wakeup message

I have a Avid 48 x 72 pro, It worked fine a few months ago, turned it on today & got this message “the ESS did not respond to the wakeup message. turned on & off comp., looked at all connections, looked at controller box, correct lights on, 2 short blinks followed by longer pause on green LED ethernet plug. Config jumper in place so “Wakeup” is configured.

Have windows 10 with no tie to internet
So, what is my next steps???
