Y axis loose ballscrew

Hi, I’m pretty new to CNC, I only milled a couple of guitar parts so far and I noticed a little problem today on my benchtop pro.

The left y axis ballscrew is a little loose. I can move it by 1mm. I tried to find a way to adjust it tight online before disassembling dome stuff.

I guessed you guys might be helpful.

How do you mean loose? Screws not tight? Picts would help.

Sorry for the delay, I contacted Avid and they were super helpful. I just had to tighten the ballscrew thrust bearing retention nut. It was pretty simple.
