We recently installed an AV70S Smart Spindle with a 10HP VFD controller while keeping our existing 2018 CNC controller. The machine is running Mach4. After completing the wiring and attempting to start the spindle, the VFD immediately triggers a fault. The VFD display reads 0.00.
What is the proper way to diagnose and resolve this issue when running this spindle/VFD setup with an older controller and Mach4?

No, this is not a third-party component. We purchased the complete AV Smart Spindle package. After doing some additional research, I discovered the alarm relay wire in the VFD was connected to terminals A & C (normally open). I moved the wire from A to B instead (normally closed).
