Bit comes out of square

I have an avid CNC Pro with the servo system, and I am having a problem with keeping the router bit flat. I flatten a lot of slabs. And what seems to be happening is that the bit comes out of square I may be using the wrong terminology. I am using a 2 1/2-inch bit. However, by the end of one or two slabs, I’m typically off by 3 to 10/100, creating unwanted lines. I make the micro adjustment. Tighten it back up. And the same thing continues to happen. What part of the machine should I examine to correct this issue?

Also, I’m finding ball bearings on one side of the CNC. What would cause this, and when and how should I address this issue?

Thanks for the help

Are you talking about the bit cutting too deep by the end of the cut, or that the bit is cutting at an angle? If it’s the latter you may need to adjust the tram of your spindle.

What do you mean when you say “you are finding ball bearings”. The only ball bearings I know of are contained in the linear bearing blocks.

Thank you for the clairification , it the traming I‘m having the problem with as described above

I found the ball bearings on the gear track on the Y-axis

Linear guides (the red blocks that ride along the horizontal metal ways) have ball bearings in them. Can you post pictures?
