Took a few hours but overall not that hard. Added a laser too but haven’t installed anything but the control box. Up graded the computer from a laptop to a mini desktop and touch screen. Still have to locate the touchscreen in it final location.
Nice! You’ll find that CNC12 is pretty good with touch screens. You may still want a physical keyboard for some of the numerical input, or you can put a shortcut to the Windows built in on screen keyboard for input as well
Thanks Eric. I hated using a laptop and no pendant. A dedicated desktop and the touchscreen upgrade alone was worth the price of admission.
I ordered a wireless number pad. We will see how that works. 
Eric, you were correct about the touchscreen. I wish I would have switched to one long ago! So much better than a mouse and a laptop! I did end up having to buy a small keyboard instead of just a number pad.
