J-tech 44 Watt Laser Install on a AVID CNC Pro- Who has done it and how hard is it to make it work…
Especially the deployment option- I want it to work like the AVID Laser option- I just can’t see buying a whole new laser when I have access to a functional J-Tech 44 watt laser…? Is the mounting sled on the z axis interchangeable? What technical hurdles will I run into trying to make this happen.
Our new deploy mechanism has mounts for J tech. You’d have to wire it in, but it’s pretty straightforward and we supply wiring diagrams so you can figure out what connections you need to make (it wires up just like the Opt laser)
