My Mach 4 tool path seems off?

My tool path in Mach4 seems to be off. Although everything seems to be cutting ok and in the right place. I don’t remember having this issue before. Here are some screen shot to show what I mean. Using Vcarve pro. 1/4 compression bit with setting shown below.

One possibility: If you load the program and then change the work offset, the toolpath display doesn’t automatically update. You can click “Regen Toolpath” to update.
