Status of Avid Support

Hey there, checking in to see if Avid Support, as reached by email or phone, is up and running these days. I purchased a PRO4848 early in the year; love the machine, but I now have a question I need answered. I’ve emailed their support twice this week, and called today, leaving a message. Anything I should know about how to get their attention? –Ray

They are very much up and running. We’re still catching up from being off for the holidays. I’m not on support but I found your ticket and responded. Simple solution: You need to install your software license. I sent instructions over.

Thanks! Yep, it was a simple license issue. I was sure I’d been through every step of the software install when I set up the machine, but hey, to err is human lol.
