Z Axis Work Envelope Exceeded plywood

Well shame on me. Apparently Centroid coughs up the Z envelope error when you haven’t set your material larger than the path of the bit. In other words if you have a “bit or bob” your making, that is 4 inches, you use a 1/4 inch bit and you only set your material width to 4.25, Centroid does not like it. At least that “appeared” to be the solution. I’ll have to double check with another project. if anyone gets the same result let me know, I am very curious.
