Found many loose bolts

I have been finding many things on this new to me machine since buying it and moving it over on a flat deck.. Most recently the machine bolts in the z axis started backing out along with the set screw in the brake allowing the roll pin to disengage and allowing it to spin. After an inspection a lot of bolts in the x plates and in the chain tray were coming loose. I had been using a bocsh router and am wondering if that is causing excessive vibration to cause this. Also is lock tight in order? How often do you guys check the torque? I have a g penny atc 4.5 kw that may be to heavy for the axis at 45lbs if anyone has an idea. This would cut down on vibration. Thanks

Some of the bolts have a torque spec in our installation instructions. Many users use blue loctite to secure bolts in high vibration situations. The blue stuff is good because it’ll keep the bolts in, but still allow you to back them out should you need to in the future.

It would be a good to use blue loctite

Thanks guys , blue loctite it is!
