Z-axis bearing blocks

As my machine is about 4.5 years, when I disassemble everything for the servo upgrade I have ordered, would anyone recommend going ahead and changing out the bearing blocks at that time since they haven’t had any love in that time? Just since it such an involved process to disassemble the z-axis already I was thinking I should order a set of bearings for it. Thoughts?

My thoughts are I would at least take a good look at them are there any bearings loose in the compartment They’re probably not stressed as much as the other blocks on the machine and hey you have it all apart replace them!
