Has anyone used the M12 splitter with a router? My magnet wire is causing problems with my touch plate and I am not sure how to fix the cable so I am looking at alternatives. Thanks
It should work pretty well as long as you have conductivity through your spindle
It appears that I have conductivity up to where I see your picture using the splitter. What would I do with the magnet wire that is in contact with the touch plate? Would I use the touch plate normally without the magnet wire?
Yup, if the splitter works in your situation then you don’t need the magnet at all and you can cut it right off.
