No SmoothStepper Network Adapter found?

Avid has excellent support, but they are likely closed for the next few days for the holidays.

I got a new laptop and can’t get the SCU to find a Smoothstepper adapter. I have gone through all the steps several times, reset the networks and so on.

Can anyone help me out until Tuesday when I can call Avid?

Have you plugged the new laptop ethernet port into a router or switch to see if the port is functional and enabled?
