Opt laser xt-50 with dock pro, will test fire but will fire during the start of a program

The laser will test fire from adapter pro.But when I start a program it will not start.

Could someone give me some direction to fix my problem. Thanks

Are you using the EX controller?

No, I am using Mach 4 with smoothstepper.

I also have post processors for Vectric and Mach4 in that same directory, as well as some screensets that add some laser features.

Hey Jim, I am still unable to get the laser to fire from mach 4. It will test fire from the adapter pro. I have checked all the wiring and everything is tight. I have checked the config pins and everything seems to be in order. I have set it up using your post. I am at wits end if you can help I would greatly appreciate it.
