Table Crossmember Mount Hole Blocked

I’m on step 1.1.7 and trying to mount the table axis crossmembers on the lowest level since I have a vacuum table. In one of the holes there is a screw coming from something inside of the table axis and blocking the screw from the cross member from fully seating.

The uppermost mounting hole has the same issue, the only possible way of mounting the Crossmember without collision with another screw from inside the table axis is to mount in the middle position.

Is this screw from inside supposed to do this? Is it okay to just force it. Or do I need to open up the dust cover on the table axis and fix something?

I looks like this screw is from a guide rail inside the axis and it’s too long.

Is this on a benchtop pro?

Yes, this is a Benchtop Pro.

Can you provide some pictures with some better context. I don’t understand what we’re looking at here

This column of tapped holes, the top hole and bottom hole, has a screw protruding into the taped hole from the rail screw inside the table axis. It protrudes so far that the hole cant be used to mount the crossmembers.

Here is the rail inside the crossmember with the screw that protrudes into the hole.

That’s odd… I’m not seeing that on my test machine here. I think it’s best if you open up a ticket and someone can help you through this.
