Z Access Servo shift / oldham coupler from old NEMA 34 motor question

I was told this old oldham coupler would be used for the new Z access servo motors, but it doesn’t seem to want to fit. I do have the screw completely loose on it, but I don’t want to force it on there. I assume it should fit right? I haven’t opened up all my stuff yet for some of the parts as I’m not ready for that yet so I want to keep everything together, but I did open up the stuff for the other motors and got those all built out and didn’t see any new oldham coupler in there. Just curious if I should start soft hammering it…or if anyone else had this issue?

Can you post some picutres?

yup when I go to put on the shaft it doesn’t fit on it. If I put it reverse it will slide down but it’s super tight after that first open part. I tried calling you guys a few times in the last couple weeks and it just rings and goes to voicemail. You guys must be busy!!

If it goes in one way and not the other there might be a slight burr on the bore. You could feel for that and file it down.

to get in touch with support best thing to do is make a ticket on the contact form up top… and yes we’ve been busy getting ATC sorted out!

Thanks Eric! Your the best buddy!
